As a way for students to collaborate and communicate their knowledge and ideas surrounding the unit topics, I have integrated an app called Splashtop Classroom with two of my learning experiences. This app enables students to access classroom lessons using mobile devices, such as iPads. Teachers can share PowerPoints, word documents or even videos with the students through this app. An outstanding feature of this app is that it allows students to physically annotate things shared by the teacher. This encourages students to collaborate and share their knowledge and understanding with other students.
